Lorraine is responsible for ensuring projects within the program department are effectively implemented, contracts are monitored, and data is collected and analyzed in order to report outcomes and best practices to address and end homelessness. Her career began as an HIV, health and human rights advocate working on issues that particularly impacted young people, immigrants, and marginalized communities from accessing adequate services. She has experience in community engagement and mobilization, healthcare advocacy, capacity building, and research. Lorraine received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with Political science and Creative Writing minors from Lesley University.
