Josh manages and oversees MHSA’s Hospital to Housing (H to H) program. H to H partners with Beacon/MBHP to identify and link adults experiencing homelessness who have serious mental illness and established history of behavioral health hospitalizations to permanent supportive housing. Prior to joining MHSA, Josh worked as a researcher at the Institute for Organizational Excellence and as a policy associate at the Texas Criminal Justice Coalition. He began his career as a case manager at Wayside Youth and Family Support Network. Josh has a Master of Public Affairs degree and a Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He completed his bachelor’s degree in psychology at Providence College.
