David furthers MHSA’s efforts to address homelessness and provide housing solutions by managing several of MHSA’s historical partnerships with service provider agencies. David works with these partners to assess the impacts of various systems of care, offer technical assistance and networking aid, and provide government funders with feedback from partner agencies. Prior to MHSA, David worked for several years as both a direct service provider and an administrator, working in Rapid Rehousing, Coordinated Entry assessment, and, at the beginning of his career, in juvenile group homes and street outreach. David earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Wheaton College.
