MHSA is Thrilled to be a Finalist for the 2018 Hearst Health Prize for Excellence in Population Health!

MHSA is thrilled to announce that we have been chosen as one of three finalists for the 2018 Hearst Health Prize for Excellence in Population Health for our Home and Healthy for Good (HHG) program!

The Hearst Health Prize, in partnership with Jefferson College of Population Health, is given in recognition of an individual's or organization's outstanding achievement in managing or improving health in the U.S. The winner will be announced on March 20 at the 18th annual Population Health Colloquium

HHG is a permanent supportive housing program addressing chronic homelessness, overutilization of acute care and emergency care by removing barriers to housing. Individuals are provided with their own home where they can maintain sobriety, find employment, and achieve other health and life goals.
