MHSA Member Agency Bay Cove Human Services is seeking an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager provides Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) (Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) and Clarity) trainings to new and existing staff regarding accurate and timely data entry into each HMIS and other mandated reporting programs; Conducts data review and analysis for multiple Bay Cove Human Services and CASPAR programs including Albany Street Shelter, First Step Homeless Outreach, Boston Night Center, Journey to Success, North Star, Men’s Transitional Housing, Cardinal Medeiros Center, Senior Congregate Housing, and other potential expanded services; Analyzes HMIS and other data for the Director of Homeless Services, Program Directors/Managers and the Senior Vice President of Programs to ensure that leadership is knowledgeable regarding utilization, trends, incidents and other outcome measures; Works with HMIS Continuum of Care (CoC) partners in the City of Boston and City of Cambridge; Oversees all program’s completion and submission of Annual Performance Reports (APRs), annual CoC program renewals, Point in Time (PIT), and other reports as required; Develops, maintains, and updates a data-collection training curriculum for new staff and provides ongoing monitoring and technical assistance to all staff to ensure accurate and timely data entry and data quality into HMIS; Oversees staff training and documentation required for Community Support Program for People Experiencing Chronic Homelessness (CSPECH) and Pay for Success/Social Innovation Fund (SIF), and prepares reports as needed for CSPECH billing or for program leadership on the CSPECH program.
