The Massachusetts Housing & Shelter Alliance (MHSA) is excited to welcome Meg Hoffman, MHSA's newest staff addition who will head our Development Team.
Meg has nearly ten years of extensive experience in nonprofits and development, including her most recent role as an integral member of the major gifts team at Massachusetts General Hospital for the Department of Psychiatry. Previously, she was Development Coordinator at Bay Cove Human Services and also worked as a case manager for a scattered site program at Heading Home. Earlier this year, Meg was an inaugural recipient of the James E. Thompson Award for Professional Philanthropy Development in the Mass General Development Office. This award provided her with the opportunity to continue her education of the nonprofit sector by attending the Association of Fundraising Professionals International Conference in San Francisco in May.
As the new Director of Development, Meg will serve as an essential part of MHSA's efforts to increase our fundraising capacity and bolster donor relations. We are thrilled for the many strengths she will bring to our organization.
