WINTER 2009
More than 175 MHSA members, friends and supporters sang, danced and clapped along to Langston Hughes’ inspiring gospel song-play, Black Nativity. A mixture of scripture, verse, music and dance that tells the Christmas story, Black Nativity continues to be a joyous and uplifting experience for all who attend. This year’s MHSA benefit performance was held on Friday, December 4 at 8 pm in the Tremont Temple, Boston.
All proceeds from Black Nativity ticket sales and sponsorships through MHSA go directly to support advocacy efforts to end homelessness in Massachusetts.

Fourteen families from Lynnfield, led by MHSA Board Member Pam Feingold of Wainwright Bank, once again turned out to support the MHSA Black Nativity benefit. Thank you, Pam!
